Colin, the host, was absolutely brilliant! He responded to all our questions super fast and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The place was just perfect - clean, comfortable, and felt like a second home. Great location, a short walk from town and with a bus stop nearby. We can't recommend it enough, thanks for an amazing stay!

We got great value for our money at The Comfy House. The room was clean and comfortable, and it felt like a second home for us. The location was convenient, with a short walk to town and good connections via the nearby bus stop. Colin, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. We would definitely stay here again!
The breakfast selection could have been improved with a greater variety of options.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy parking and good connections to town. the house itself had a lovely courtyard and a well-kept garden. the playroom was a great feature, providing entertainment for both kids and adults.
Some aspects of the house were disappointing. the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, causing back pain for some guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the lovely Comfy House in Huddersfield. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the friendly welcome from the owner, Colin. The house itself was impeccable, with a beautiful courtyard and garden that provided a peaceful retreat. The accommodation truly felt like a home away from home, with all the comforts and amenities I could ask for. The location was also ideal, with everything I needed nearby. My children especially loved the top bedroom and the fun fluffy animal things that were provided for them. The owner had clearly gone the extra mile to make the house child-friendly. the Comfy House exceeded my expectations and I would definitely book it again in the future.

The play room was awesome and kept us entertained throughout our stay. The parking was easy and convenient, with enough space for our car. the kitchen was clean and tidy, making it easy for us to prepare meals.
There were several things that detracted from our experience. the hot tub was lacking a gazebo and we felt exposed with neighbors overlooking it.

The house had everything we needed, including a hot tub and a lovely garden. the owner was always responsive and helpful. the location was great, with easy access to Leeds, Sheffield, and the Peak District for shopping and nature exploration.
The hot tub felt a bit exposed without a gazebo and with neighbors overlooking it. There were some maintenance issues, such as burns in the carpets and unfinished woodwork.

The house itself was very clean and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The play room was a hit with our children, and they loved the PS4 and board games provided. The kitchen was well equipped and tidy, and the bathroom was beautiful. We also appreciated the easy parking and the quiet neighbors. we had a fantastic time at the Comfy House and would definitely recommend it.
